The second guest room is on the back corner of the house and contains two windows and a ceiling fan to keep the room comfortable.  The bed is full/queen size and the room contains a large closet.  Linens are new.

AMENITIES

Sandy Spring is in a great location!  You can walk to just about everything in Port Austin.  The property is large with plenty of parking.  The 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom house is newly renovated and cheerfully decorated with casual, modern furniture.  The tiki bar is a great place to hang out and there is also a large deck, hammock, BBQ grill and fire pit.  There's even a washer and dryer on site and AC.
