There are also two putt putt golf courses in Port Austin within walking distance of Sandy Spring.  Kooky Golf is just a block walk up the lake from our house.  Port Austin Putt Putt is downtown .  A short drive down the lake will also take you to Sandy Dunes Adventure Golf , an 18-hole premium putt putt course and ice cream shop.

AMENITIES

Sandy Spring is in a great location!  You can walk to just about everything in Port Austin.  The property is large with plenty of parking.  The 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom house is newly renovated and cheerfully decorated with casual, modern furniture.  The tiki bar is a great place to hang out and there is also a large deck, hammock, BBQ grill and fire pit.  There's even a washer and dryer on site and AC.
